Mr.Anil Kumar Marthi brings over 33 years of combined experience in both industry and academia, specializing in Marketing, Strategic Management, and Business Development. His area of Research is on Consumer Behaviour. With 14 years of industry experience Mr. Marthi transitioned to academia, where he has spent the last 19 years shaping future business leaders. He currently serves as Associate Professor at KCE Society’s Institute of Management & Research, Jalgaon, (an Autonomous Institute affiliated to North Maharashtra University.)

Mr. Anil Marthi has published several textbooks on subjects like Strategic Management, Global Marketing Management, and E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Services Management, Retail Management & Digital Marketing, as per the syllabus of KBC North Maharashtra University. His research papers, presented at National and International conferences, cover a broad range of topics, including Consumer Behaviour, Customer Relationship Management, Emotions in Advertising, and the future of E-commerce in India. 

His extensive knowledge and industry-academia linkage has been instrumental in guiding students through a practical, application-based learning approach, preparing them for the challenges of modern business environments.

 He has provided consultancy to MSME Enterprises on New Products Development, Strategic Marketing, Market Research, Marketing Research, Brand development and Promotion through Digital marketing techniques.
